What you never have to count

A quota is what makes a team stop using the tool on the 20th of the month. On paid plans, three things have no limit.

Documents

Connect everything: meetings, email, drive, Notion, repos. Re-indexing the same folder costs nothing, because deduplication is by content and not by upload.

Memory search

Your agents can query on every prompt, inside Claude Code and Cursor. Charging per query would be charging for the habit that makes the product work.

Reading, per permission

Within the plan's seats, each person sees only what their role allows. The same rule applies when an agent asks on their behalf.

What is metered: AI answers

A sourced answer is when you ask in plain language and ValorBrain writes the answer citing the document behind it. It is the only operation with a real cloud cost, and therefore the only one with a number. Team includes 2,000 a month; Business, 10,000. Beyond that, $0.08 per answer, with no automatic upgrade and no surprise invoice. Searching memory does not consume an answer.

“Unlimited” carries a storage fair-use line: 80 GB on Team and 150 GB on Business. For scale: a customer with nearly 3,000 indexed documents (meetings, email, calendar and product docs) uses under 1 GB. If you get close, we call you first. Nobody gets cut off.

Stored in Brazil, LGPD, and the option to run it in your own house

Documents and vectors are stored in Brazil under LGPD. Every document carries per-person permission, and no answer ever cites something the person could not open, and that holds when the asker is an AI agent. Writing the answer uses a cloud language model, with the subprocessor listed publicly; if you need processing entirely inside your own environment, on-premise is optional on Business and included on Enterprise, with DPA, SAML and a 99.9% SLA. Billing questions

Do I need a card to try it?

Depends what you want to try. The free plan needs no card and never expires: 1 person, 1,000 documents, unlimited search and 100 answers a month. The 14-day Business trial unlocks all connectors, SSO and assisted migration. That one asks for a card and charges nothing during the period: you see the exact first-charge date and cancel before it if you do not want to continue. We ask for a card because 14 days of the full plan is expensive in AI processing, and the card is what separates a real evaluation from a throwaway account. If your company does not put a corporate card through, we talk POC with a contract.

Is unlimited documents really unlimited?

Yes, no quota. There is a storage fair-use line (80 GB on Team, 150 GB on Business) which in practice is well over a hundred thousand documents. It exists for the pathological case, not the normal customer, and if you get close we call you first.

My agents make thousands of calls a day. Does that raise the bill?

No. Memory search and reads are unlimited, precisely because an agent fires them and the volume is not a human decision. Only the AI-written answer is counted, and you follow consumption in the dashboard, with a configurable cap.

What happens if I go past the included answers?

You keep working and pay only the overage ($0.08 per answer on Team, $0.06 on Business). No automatic upgrade, no surprise invoice: you can set a spend cap in the dashboard.

I work alone. Which plan?

Solo, $20/month: one person, unlimited documents and search, 500 answers a month. It has no extra seats on purpose: from the second person on, Team is cheaper than stacking seats, and we would rather say that now than have you find out on the invoice.

I need more people than the plan includes.

On Team and Business you can add people individually: $6/month and $5/month. Above 50 people, Enterprise is cheaper per person. Solo has no extra seats: more than one person means Team.

Do you help bring our history in?

Yes, and it is what makes the first week different: on Business assisted migration is included. We bring meetings, email, calendar and drive, so the product starts full instead of empty.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Cancel from your settings, no call and no notice period. In the first 30 days we refund in full. After cancellation your data is permanently deleted within 30 days, or exported first, if you prefer.
